I was a 3 year customer of Comcast Business Internet service. Supposedly the added cost of the business service is to have more immediate customer service and a better connection, but I received neither. The connection would slow to a crawl every 15 minutes and would stay that way for 2 - 5 minutes. Every night around 2am, the connection would drop off completely for at least an hour. Their customer service was absolutely awful as I was treated as a 3rd-class citizen every time I called. They tried to tell me there was nothing wrong that they could see and that I was just imagining my problems; despite the numerous log files I had to prove my case. I attempted to send them the log files, but the email address that was given to me by the tech was invalid. When I moved from one location to another, it took them nearly 3 months to set up the account for the new address, so in that time frame, they refused to send a tech to my new address to investigate my issues. DO NOT rely on Comcast for your business connection needs. They will not assist you.
