I don’t know about Del Taco’s across the nation, but the ones in the Palm Springs CA area are great. They have this new way of taking your order in the drive thru where an employee has a wireless note pad and takes the order there at the car. This way you can understand what’s being said and get the order right the first time. The attitude of the employees has improved GREATLY. They always greet you with a “How are you today?” It’s really nice. Finally fast-food is getting some customer service.
