Ladies and Gentlemen of KZTV,
I have twice emailed you about the almost constant inaccuracy of your stations on air program schedule, which is a feature of the long awaited DTV changeover. While the other stations in the market may have occasional errors your situation is much different. Your station’s schedule is occasionally correct.
I did receive a response to my first attempt at contact, which said in essence—Gee! I don’t know who does that, but I’ll find out and let them know— the second effort brought nothing. For years your station has had a reputation of having an amateurish presentation. Recently I had noticed what I hopped was a bit of professionalism trying to sneak into your operation. It would appear I was in error in my perception.
