I purchased their PC- Utility online and they sent an email with a broken ink so that I couldn’t download the utility. I sent 5 emails to tech support over a three day period and have yet to hear back from them, They boast that they have 24 hour tech support online and that their average response time is 62 minutes. I wonder if they are going out of business.
