I have to admit that when most airlines are horrible at providing customer service United has been excellent. I had taken a flight to Kuwait for work 6 months ago and my travel agent had not updated my frequent flier miles and when I contacted United they said no problem and asked me for my flight numbers and the dates of my travel and gave me the full amount of miles. Excellent Service.
