Due to the fact that I have not flown for the past five years and have heard so many negative aspects of flying these days I was apprehensive regarding my travel to Tucson, Arizona.
I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of the American airline employees from the check-in agent , flight attendants, pilots (unfortunately it was not “Jake” from the “Bachelor”). There was one particular pilot who mentioned every aspect about safety from TSA, Homeland Security, Air Marshalls and all our troops that help protect our country from potential threats. This “thank you” for their service was most reassuring in these times. All my flights were on time and I was most pleased with my entire travel day and American Airlines excellent service.
