I decided to head up to Sauce restaurant off Broadway here in Tucson, AZ on Sunday evening. The young guy at the cashier greeted me and I said I would like two pizza’s one for here and one to go. He said “So you want both pizza’s to go”? I said no I want 2 pizza’s..one for here and then one to go so I can eat it later. He said “So let me get this right you want two pizza’s for here?” I said look man, I would like to eat one pizza here and the other in a box so I can take it home and reheat it for later. He said ok.
A few minutes later the girl comes with both pizza’s ready to serve me. I said can you please put one of those in a to-go-box? She said sure. Wow….
P.S. Same guy manager was there from last time I had issues..

I enjoy going to “Sauce” restaurant off of Broadway here in Tucson, because they have great salads and thin style pizza…not too heavy on the sauce which I prefer. Everytime I go up there and the tall thin guy is working it seems the restaurant is in a different mode.
My girlfriend ordered a salad and pizza just like me. Her salad arrives with mine and it was pretty good. She then gets her pizza and I asked where is my pizza? The waitress said “oh I am sorry let me check on it”. A few minutes goes by and they bring me my pizza which is burnt around edges and missing toppings. The manager comes over and tried to blame the oven on the unacceptable looking pizza. He never apologizes or offers a discount or even to pick up the tab on this lack of creation pizza. Meanwhile my girlfriend is finished with her dinner and I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to get it right. It was a miserable experience.
